The evaluation reports issued by Silvergate Evaluations, Inc. ( Silvergate ) will rely solely upon copies of documents provided to it by law firms and their clients, and by other clients, and represented by them to be authentic and true copies of original documents. Silvergate does not verify the authenticity or accuracy of this documentation, and does not represent that the documentation submitted to it by anyone for evaluation meets evidentiary standards of any state of federal agency or any court. Silvergate reserves the right to verify the authenticity of documents provided to it by law firms and their clients, and by other clients, by contacting the issuing institution. If Silvergate should become aware that submitted documentation have been forged, altered or tampered with, the evaluation report will be canceled. No refund will be issued. Silvergate evaluation reports are based upon current educational information and resources available in the United States. Silvergate represents its evaluation reports to be accurate and correct to the best of its knowledge and belief, pursuant to requirements of the Immigration and Naturalization Service of the United States Department of Justice.

All the evaluation reports provided by Silvergate are advisory for the customers who request them, and are not binding on any institution, organization, or agency. Silvergate is not responsible for how its customers or others use its evaluation reports or for any damages resulting from such use. Your submission to Silvergate of a request for an evaluation report constitutes your acceptance of the forgoing terms and conditions for that and all subsequent evaluation reports. Terms and conditions are subject to change by Silvergate.
